Crafted through a two-stage fermentation process, Satrinari Sriracha is the result of an awesome collaboration blending unique santa rosa plums from Satrinari Farms and our signature dual fermentation. This small-batch hot sauce harnesses the power of koji enzymes and live probiotic cultures to unlock deep umami and vibrant heat. The first stage of fermentation breaks down natural sugars and proteins using koji, creating a rich foundation. In the second stage, beneficial bacteria take over, developing complex tang and a bright, layered flavor.
The result? A uniquely savory, fermented sriracha with a balanced burn, perfect for elevating everything from noodles to tacos.
